I'm scare to death

I wanted to do something which I'm very scare to. Just thinking about it makes my hand cold and my heartbeat speeding like mad... Gosh.. how how how... mainly I'm scare what the result will be.. HOW!! How to overcome fear?? It's terrifying.. maybe after this I will feel silly over this.. but right now.. i feel terrible.. I'm actually a very timid girl you know.. Haiz~
