White Tea

I was at the bookstore browsing 'Shape' magaine. It was mentioned in the magazine that white tea is a healthier choice than green tea and black tea. According to http://coffeetea.about.com/od/typesoftea/a/whitetea.htm,
'White tea is similar to green tea, in that it's undergone very little processing and no fermentation. But there is a noticable difference in taste. Most green teas have a distinctive 'grassy' taste to them, but white tea does not. The flavour is described as light, and sweet.' It's better because: There is also considerably less caffeine in white tea than the other varieties (15mg per serving, compared to 40mg for black tea, and 20mg for green). Lipton has a version of white tea.. Hmmm, I should try for better health??

My favourite tea is jasmine tea and green tea. Jasmine tea has a sweet taste and heavenly smell. I have a friend who dislike Jasmine tea for the sweetness. My favourite green tea is Fancl green tea powder. I find the taste thicker than normal teabag mainly because it comes in sachets of green tea powder. Because of that it is claimed as a healthier choice of green tea because you are drinking every part of the tea which you normally won't be able to when drink teabag. But unfortunately, I have to stop because it's too expensive to mantain. It comes in 100 sachets a box costing about S$50.

So, now I think this instead:

It's free from the pantry.. keke..

Anyway, according to the same magazine, it warn us that the normal food we consider to be healthy are not actually as healthy as we believe.. dishes like Chee Cheong Fan, Yong Tau Fu etc are not as healthy as we think it is. God, this magazine is making us eat grass??? Coz if that's the case, there's nothing we can eat.. maybe all the pills advertised on the magazines? A bit insane...
